With the completion of the Space Elevator, building in space increases exponentially. The first space dock is completed for the rearmament and repair of ships. A general habitation space station is completed alongside it. Plans for a MAC shield are underway.
On the ground, cities continue to develop further as farmers, miners, laborers and factory workers continue to grow. The unemployment rate on Soter drops while new immigrants continue to funnel to the new planet, unfortunately its not enough to stem the birth rate of Soter, and overcrowding persists.
The military sets up bases all over the planet and moon, hardening defenses and creating areas for training and research. The moon especially hosts a great location for practice drops from drop pods, with the final tests of the Soter Defense Force's drop units.
Research stations sprout up in the wastes of the planet, heavily secret and heavily protected.
The planet swarms with archaeologists, digging for facts, relics and whatever else they might fin.
Within a very short time, the planet will be capable of producing ships for the Republic of Soter.
