Applying for Items and Equipment.

When applying for equipment and items, you must state in your application:

The character you are applying the item for - this must be your own character.
What the applicating items or equipment can do - as much detail as you can, please.
Where they are going to get, or have gotten said items.
Your SteamID (optional).
Why you think you should have these items.
