Having lived simply with a plain stone apartment and some simple wooden furnishings and a metal vault for his Horde. Theokas is a shy individual, he does not talk much, most people are surprised on the battlefield when they hear the mighty roar come from his throat as he charges headlong into battle. He considers himself humble in the life style compared to what most choose.WIth that there is nothing that suits Theokas then the thrill of battle, with the awaiting honor that is his to be claimed. He prides himself in his devotion to Helm and Tempus, Aligning himself with Moander to curse at his enemies, and shunning the Deity Cyus for bringing the want and lust of Wealth that has tainted his people. Strategy and Techniques. - Spoiler:
Proficient with these combat weapons. One Handed shield and Two handed long double sided battle axe.
Proficient in heavy armor, with mail.
Frontline tactics
Berserk- wield an battleaxe and scream in frenzy as it crashes into the enemy, Let them have no peace of mind. Pushing back the invaders and annihilating all those who would seek to cross you.
Aim to maim-to disable enemies allowing the man behind him to trip over into his axe, then giving a quick blow to the temple to finish off the opponent.
Turtling- working together as a shield wall pushing and keeping the opponents off balance, aiming for the leg’s to hip’s to disable, falling back to allow the back line to move up over the others and repeat. Then moving past the first and second waves wounded finishing them off with a stroke to the neck.
Defensive strategies
Retreating fight- Keeping the enemy in front is the best course of action, if they flank you, your dead. A fight of attrition.
Strike first- Be sure maim or partially kill one to test their purpose and determination, Gage on how you will proceed.
Tempus Guide you- When outmatched, and surrounded stand firm and use what you have to wound or disable the opponents to give better odds, then only with a blessing with Tempus can save you. If you're going to die, kill as many of them while you still draw breath.
Biography - Spoiler:
When Theokas was brought into the world he was destined for other things then the life of a son to a smith. He was born in the Dwarven city of Merriborough, A city that has been seized for a thousand years. Also known as the city of chivalry and war. The threat of attack always constant, with goblin attacks daily and with horde attacks every two years, Much of the city were warriors, smiths, fletchers, siege workers, masons, and clercs. Theokas was one of the sons of a smith, the youngest of three. The two elder sons aged 20 and 39 at the time who had apprenticed themselves under their father learning the arts of smithing. WIth the third son joining the family, they had called for a celebration and a day of rest for the newborn. seven years pass and theokas has learned how to read and write speak fluently, learning about the deities that had many influential ties to the dwarven kind such as Tempus, Helm, and Cyus. Also learning about Moander the god of death and destruction and the void. Feeling in is own heart that Helm and Tempus were the deities who mattered most, at the early age of seven he was decided to ask his father if he could become a soldier. HIs father and brothers laughed at him looking at him is if he was a mere newborn. His father set aside his work, kneeling down to his son explaining to him that he was too young to decide such things, and told him to run along. As the child was disheartened by his father's words he obeyed obediently. At the age of fourteen he again he went to his fathers forge and tried to ask his father for permission to train to become a soldier, to be met with a silence. His father walked over to him and placed a hand on his shoulder and said, you are still a child, but I know you have many of your own ideas now. If you really want to become a soldier, I will talk to the local grand captain in the next few days, and I’ll see what happens from there, alright?.. Theokas nodded and left it at that. Days later Theokas’s father came home one day wielding a mighty grin on his face. He walked in and lead theokas outside to a mighty dwarf wearing Honor guard armor. Theokas could not help but stare in awe for a few seconds gawking. He had never seen a dwarf who was apart of the honor guard up close and personal before. The dwarf looked down at theokas and chuckled and said What is it boy? Goblin got your tongue?

| By the looks of it, I think we're looking at a dverfar, Golden Elf. From The World of Aeria - The World of Aeria wrote:
- The Dverfar, or 'Dwarves', are the reclusive race of master craftsmen, armorers, and engineers that live in great cities of stone and machinery deep under the Khadrins. Rarely seen beyond their 'Karaks', they have been stereotyped as burly, stout, obscene men. The Dverfar are actually a sub-race of the Elves, and appear as such. The Dverfar are infamous for their technological prowess, far surpassing the efforts of any other people in the known world. The Dverfar make extensive use of mechanical constructs, both humanoid and otherwise, for a wide-array of tasks, ranging from cleanliness to waging war. Dverfar craftsmanship is far beyond the skill of any other race; so-called Dverfan armor renders the wearer nearly invincible to normal arms, and makes use of their mysterious technological advances, making the wearer stronger and the armor feel far lighter. The Dverfar are known to have escaped the deep-earth cataclysm that devastated the Daefar, through unknown means.
As you can see these have been implemented, though they'd be extensively rare.

They interact with the surface, they are a part of the populace, even if a smaller part. They are a race that can be used, as Pat has seemed to suggest to me. As per my own thoughts on this character application. I'd be interested in seeing the character roleplays, and making sure functionally that he works. Classification can be done later, and if worse comes to worse, he can just be a short human. Though, for the time being, I don't see the harm in letting him try this out.

| Can't have a character with a non existent race, simple as that. | |

| After observing this character in action during last week's server event, I have some all-important input I'd like to give. - Sellka wrote:

Name: Theokas Erdar Clan name: Iron Hammer Race: Dwarven So, the race is actually called Dverfar because Pat doesn't know how to spell Dwarf. We've tried to teach him, but, you know, he's Pat. I've had more luck teaching pine cones to do trigonometry. Speaking of spelling, what is Theokas? - Sellka wrote:
- Height: 5’2
Age:87 Nationality: Dwarfish I'm really glad you included nationality, most people would miss the fact that Dwarves are in fact Dwarfish. Many Dwarves take offense to not being addressed as Dwarfish or Dwarfish-American. - Sellka wrote:

Current Occupation(s): Traveler Known languages:Khuzdul, Iglishmêk(Sign language) A splendid example of punctuation and grammar that's come to be a hallmark of this community. I appreciate the attention to detail involved when discovering an obscure, complicated, and suitably Dwarfish way to say sign language. As we all know, the sign language word for Iglishmêk, or Dwarfish sign language, is achieved by curling the index, ring, and little finger with the palm facing towards you. - Sellka wrote:

Such eloquent descriptions and colorful imagery. I love the way he is slender yet thick with muscle, has red hair and blue eyes yet is albino, is softspoken and yet loud. He is a truly noble dwarf who eschews material gain in favor of senseless slaughter. As a great man once said, "some men just want to watch the world burn." - Sellka wrote:

Proficient in heavy armor, with mail. This is a very important detail, as it lets us in on the lesser-known fact that Dwarfish-Americans have a prehensile beard which allows them to wield both a one-handed and two-handed item simultaneously. It's also important to note that two-handed war-axes are both long and "double-sided," while heavy armor is typically worn with some sort of mail, be it platemail, scale-mail, or email. - Sellka wrote:

For backline tactics, see page 3. For bedroom tactics, refer to the diagram in the appendix of this volume. - Sellka wrote:

The follow-up to this move, "Die horribly," is considered one of the most devastating combat techniques the Dwarfish have mastered. - Sellka wrote:

Few realize that Dwarfish intend most, if not all of their moves to have rhyming names, but during ale-fueled brainstorming sessions, most end up with names like "Gggghhhhhrrrp" or "Iglishmêk." - Sellka wrote:

Never forget to tell your opponent exactly how you intend to finish them off prior to executing the maneuver. This, coupled with enough ale, allows a Dwarf to lull his enemy into a true sense of security. - Sellka wrote:

Long ago, the Dwarfish discovered that the easiest way to win every single battle is to strike your enemy first. - Sellka wrote:

Bio work in progress What may look barely-coherent is in fact a subtle wordplay which uses a lack of basic grammar and punctuation to symbolize the ongoing struggle of the Dwarfish in a world that refuses to accept them and their different ways. This biography is a triumph in Dwarfish literature in the way it eschews such silly rules as consistently capitalizing the character's first name, placing dialogue in quotes, and separating sentences into paragraphs or even other sentences at times. The mess we're given is our mess, all of us non-dwarfish out there, who reply work in progress
