Attributes
Intelligence <{ | | | | | | | | - - }>
Vashj has spent over two centuries inside the ruined civilization of the ancient naga who have been on Aeria since before the God Wars. He eagerly learns their methods of survival and their collected knowledge over the millenniums.
Strength <{ | | | - - - - - - - }>
With the naga heritage, the snake like people value the power of magic over using a sword or any other weapon.
Agility & Dexterity <{ | | | | | - - - - - }>
Not the most graceful of creatures, the naga know how to be quick when it matters.
Perception <{ | | | | | | - - - - }>
Trained to track down and enslave travelers who venture to close to the naga cities, Vashj has become quite able to see and notice things from a distance as well as sense magic within a proximity close to him.
Stamina & Endurance <{ | | | | | | | - - - }>
Through the discipline and training instilled upon him as a young naga to resist most forms of tortured in the case he was captured by the Sidans or any other person. Vashj's stamina could be better, but he can cross long and open passages with little effort at a fair pace.
Willpower & Fortitude <{ | | | | | | | | - - }>
Able to resist most forms of torture, Vashj's willpower rivals his kin, but may make rash decisions in order to satisfy his blood lust while he is still in his youth.
Combat & General Magic
Base Magical Potency <{ | | | | | | | | - - }>
Vashj, among many naga, have sacrificed the fields of physical combat to fight, but rather exceed in using magic for combat as well for day to day uses.
Fortimancy: Evocation & Abjuration <{ | | | | | | | - - - }>
The first spell school taught to Vashj in his young age, Vashj has lived with the fortimancy spells for over two hundred centuries and constantly uses them on a day to day bases as the most basic forms of his spells.
Duel Wielding: Blades <{ | | - - - - - - - - }>
Vashj mainly wields his swords to discourage people from attacking him if they weren't already scared of his appearance. He does, however, know how to use them slightly but will rarely be seen using them because of his superior knowledge in magic.
Animancy: Nercomancy <{ | | - - - - - - - - }>
Before Vashj left the naga to travel on his own, they begun to teach him, with a few select others, the dark teachings of necromancy. Vashj didn't favor this magic school but rather wanted to learn others. His training stopped when he left, but he still wants to learn about necromancy just to know it.
Cognimancy: Illusion <{ | - - - - - - - - - }>
Vashj has learned somewhat outside the walls of the naga. He barely considers himself a novice in illusion magic as he only knows how to change the appearance of himself as of now.
Animancy: Vitamancy <{ | | | | | | - - - - }>
Instead of learning about necromancy, Vashj chose to learn more about healing before exploring the dead. Though Vashj knows vitamancy, he can only operate on fellow naga or humans because he knows no other race's anatomy as of now.
Planumancy: Tanslocation <{ | | | - - - - - - - }>
Vashj has learned the fundamentals of learning translocation, but cannot truly use it unless he completely knows the location he wants. Since there are only a few locations he has this knowledge on, Vashj rarely uses it unless he is traveling long distances. He can only translocate himself.

Genetically engineered at birth to be the vanguard of a new project to achieve multi-layered genes and superior connection to the World Storm, Vashj was created from early on in his egg stage. Injected with constant doses of truminum and dragonkin genetics, the young lifeform nearly lost his life to the deadly injections like so many of his unborn kin have before Vashj. The few that actually are birthed are trained, as Vashj was, to become strong fighters with the magical weaving and the art of sword play to protect themselves and the people of the dwindling naga race. However, Vashj did not take on this training to a much later age as he was to lead his people in experimenting with the World Storm's connection to the Dragonkin blood inside Vashj.
Though this connection proved to be near non-existant, the naga continued to care and train for Vash despite the blood of their enemies that flowed through him. The naga carried on the knowledge of their ancient naga mage-lords since the time of old before the God Wars, and instilled it upon Vash and the fellow younglings in the remnant cities. Through this knowledge, the magic came almost naturally to him in the days of his training much later in his life. However, it took much later, nearly twenty years, to weild a sword somewhat well enough to defend.
Vashj first saw the devestating effect of Sylnorath's Scar upon Aeria when he ventured outside the walls of the remant naga. The once furtile lands of jungle now only reduced to a sea of deserts. With the knowledge and practice of the magic trained for nearly a century, Vashj traveled the wastes in order to put the training to use as instructed by the naga. Weeks went on without any word about the dragonkin naga. He came back bathed in the blood of the humans who have taken his ancient land, their skulls attached to a band around his neck and waist. Captured merchants of varying nationalities followed behind him, chained from head to toe to be given to the naga as a gift.
Only now Vashj was considered one of the naga, no longer outcasted in the society that birthed and experimented on him. But something more dark grew inside Vashj in his attempt to gain favor with his kin. War changed him, talked to him. An overwhelming desire to slay his enemies and be showered in their blood made him leave the city after two centuries and twenty years of staying inside to hone his skills. While still being an outcast to the world, a mere myth in some cultures, the naga set out to seek war, conflict. He spent years on the battle field, small and large, just for the thrill of battle. He requested no money, no rewards for his service. For this, his name grew as a warrior of great magical and physical skills around Aeria.
While in the South acting in a war for a tiefling named Marcus Olm, Vashj stayed among the cities for a short while before returning back to Sanctimonia. Along his way he spotted an alfar woman being harassed by other alfar men. Still covered in blood from a previous fight, Vashj slew the male alfar for the woman before continuing his trail north. She, of course, came with him for protection. Forming a sort of bond, the two stayed in Surna for reasons unknown to Vashj. He stayed regardless because of the active fighting in the area.

You're telling me we can genetically enhance eggs, but we don't have flintlock pistols..?
There's also the fact that realistically, I realize this isn't a real life roleplay, but in the time period this roleplay is set in, I'm not really seeing how something like this can work. We've only been able to do modify genetics for the past thirty or so years in real life, and look at what kind of technology we have. So take into account the amount of understanding you'd need with the limited amount of science provided in the lore and whatnot, I'm just not generally seeing how something like that would work at all.

This really isn't the kind of stuff that any civilization today would be capable of. Except maybe the Dverfar, but this isn't really their 'style'. The Naga, the people that made this dude, were the first EVER mages. The first civilization to discover magic, in a significant way, and then use and develop it. Their civilization was flourishing two THOUSAND years ago, and while in some ways magic has progressed past them, they still hold knowledge and abilities that most other civilizations - in many cases, backwards in the way of magic, like Pycheko, Sanctimonia, Occitan, or Sida - could never hope to replicate. In Aeria, the difference between the laws of physics and magic is negligible. Really, the laws of physics in this world encompasses magic. Magic is just a form of energy that you can control - really, the same type of energy exists in different ways. So in this world, chemistry is alchemy - yet it doesn't mean that everything runs on pixy dust. Magic is just a form of energy, and energy itself is special in this world, and has different properties. Either way, I understand your concern. But this - the processes that went into making this guy aren't really replicable by any civilization that lives today. The Naga themselves are a dying race, reduced to only a few tens of thousands. The lore on this really isn't an issue, except for a few details that need ironing out. I might prefer that Boom tries for a regular Naga, but even that is a bit iffy.

| Accept. The only problem I have with this character is he's made for war and that's it. And also I didn't really see a weakness I trust your rp boom it's just in a battle I think there'd be no chance. Other then those few details I am fine with the character.
Fixed thanks pat

He's not 20ft tall. He's 20 feet from head to the very end of his tail.

| Vashj is intended to be a combat role as well as a passive roll with a few characters, but this list can easily expand despite his racist behaviors. He is combat proficient in magic rather than swords, as most naga are. As for weaknesses, I don't know what you mean. He's the same as any mortal: stabbing, bullets, and magic hurt him just as much as any human. | |
