Character i'm applying this for:Odain Morll
What i'm applying for: A diamond shaped necklace with a very small amount of Cordonium embedded into it.
What this item does: This necklace can store a small amount of magical energy, the user can manifest this energy as a spell weave, allowing them to cast a spell as normal but with no drain on the caster. This necklace can store up to three novice-level spell weaves.
How this item was obtained: Odain got this necklace from Lunareos, one of the bounties he defeated and after studying it discovered it's magical properties.

Cordonium's expensive, keep that in mind. But we'll assume this is relatively impure, since it's only holding three small spells.
