You open it, and extract the piece of fine parchment inside, unfolding the parchment you read the invitation which says...

Well, Aedelric will be around and there will be pre-emptive RP and stuff going on and around; IC I'm sure characters will be present and we won't scorn anyone OoC who vote they would IC be there, but unfortunately can't make it.
