Attributes
Strength & Endurance Clinton Possesses a strong physique from his life full of strenuous activity, and is a cut above in regards to strength. Clinton doesn't tire easily, and he can take a respectable amount of punishment before reaching his limits as a human being.
Dexterity & Agility Clinton is good with his hands, and can move as swiftly as any trained fighter. He can climb and swim well enough, but he's not all that fast a runner on account of his heavy body build. He has always relied more on his endurance to wear out whatever he was chasing, or what was chasing him.
Charisma & Presence Clinton is not charismatic. He doesn't have any sort of unexplainable charm, or any normal sort of charm at that. His disfiguring features don't earn him much appeal either. Clinton doesn't have much of a presence, seeming to fade into the background in most situations outside of fights.
Will Power & Spirit Clinton is not one to give up easily, often falling back on his will power to carry on when an average person would fold in on themselves. It's more of a businesslike, however, coming from a stubborn refusal to bend rather than heart felt feelings. In shorter terms Clinton is stubborn, and hard headed.
Skills
General Combat Prowess Through training and experience, Clinton has gained the martial prowess of an experienced combatant. He can hold his own in melee, but prefers to take down foes from afar without them knowing he was there.
Unarmed Clinton does not have any sort of technique when it comes to unarmed combat outside of aiming for critical areas of an opponent. That said, his considerable strength, quick reflexes, and previous experience makes him more than a match for the average man.
Melee Weapons Out of necessity, Clinton has learned to be an able hand with a blade. While he doesn't have any spectacular talent, he can competently hold his own against other experienced fighters with a weapon in hand. He prefers to use a bastard or hand-and-a-half sword.
Ranged Weapons The longbow is Clinton's preferred weapon, and he's taken time to hone his skill with it. He uses a heavy draw when he can, and can be accurate out to about 120 yards. He can put several arrows downrange with accuracy in a single minute, more if he doesn't bother to aim properly.
Magic Whether it be his attitude or some other contributing factor, Clinton has never found himself able to use magic very well. He has the same magical potential as an average person.
Biography wrote:
Clinton was born in the sizable human town of Cardea, located in Sanctimonia. His parents belonged to a guild of hunters, one that catered to all types of hunters. He was raised in equal parts by his parents and their friends in the guild.
As Clinton grew he was taught the values and the skills belonging to the close knit members of the Hunter's Guild. He was not as naturally talented as some of the other adolescents being reared in the small sub-community, but he was possessed by a natural competitiveness that made him strive to surpass the skills of his peers.
As more time passed Clinton developed a prideful attitude that often got him in trouble. Despite this, he loved his life in the guild and thought of it's members as family. He began to get more involved with the different sort of jobs done by the guild, including those dealing with extraordinary creatures.
It was on one of these unusual hunts that Clinton's mother was killed. A small group of hunters including both his parents had formed in order to deal with a particularly nasty beast that had been terrorizing nearby settlements. Clinton had tried to worm his way into coming, but met with no success in the matter. They were gone for a number of weeks, before the group returned, their numbers thinned.
Clinton thought he had excepted the fact that all mortal things die, but the death of his mother shook him to his core. He blamed himself for not being more persistent in coming along as well as those that had kept him from doing so, convinced as he was that he personally could have made a difference when no one else could have.
Clinton was not the only one deeply affected. The whole of the guild felt the loss of some of it's more experienced members, and Clinton's father had the most troubles dealing with it. After a period of grief his father began throwing himself into more and more jobs, seemingly unconcerned with his own well being. One of these times, Clinton's father did not return.
By now Clinton was fully grown, his own man. He still felt the loss of his parents strongly, but the tight knit guild helped push him away from the destructive path of father. He was now one of the more able hunters in the guild, and began filling the gap left in the guild himself.
It was on an especially dangerous excursion that Clinton received the scars on his face from a ghoul, and lost sight in his right eye as a result. He recovered from the wound, eager to get back to business. But the handicapped were not looked well upon in the guild where the smallest error could mean death for yourself and others. He found himself being pressured to take on the role of a mentor, and leave the hunting up to those who were able.
Nothing could have insulted his pride so much as being told he was no longer good enough to do what he had been raised to from childhood. In a fit of rage he washed his hands of the guild and it's members. He set out from Cardea, and his home in the guild, so that he might escape the pitying looks and the insults to his pride intentional or otherwise.
Now, Clinton feels some measure of regret for leaving the only home he had ever known, and the people he had seen as kin. He is determined to prove to himself and others that he is just as, if not more so, able to continue living his life the way he always has.

Weaponry
Elm Longbow A sturdy bow made from the the wood of an elm tree. It's not very pretty as far as bows go, but it's stiff and strong, and manages long and short distance shooting well. Clinton carries roughly thirty arrows for the bow, in a leather quiver most often slung across his back.
Bastard Sword A slightly tarnished steel sword with a long blade, also sporting a grip for two-handed use. Nothing stands out as special about the this sword. Clinton typically wears it across his back.
Hunting Knife A small knife Clinton uses to prepare wild game to be used as food. Specifically by skinning the animal and cutting up the meat. The small knife isn't much use in a fight. Clinton wears it on his belt
Apparel
Studded Leather Armor A simple garment made of tanned and cured leather. It offers slightly better protection than normal clothing, and the iron studs sewn into it serve to increase potential protection. Clinton prefers leather over other armors, as it is much easier to move silently without the sound produced by other types of armor.
